International Education Stream: Applicants meeting the eligibility criteria for the International Education Stream were considered. A total of 78 LAAs were issued in this stream.
Skilled Worker Overseas: Candidates directly invited by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative fell under this category. 41 LAAs were issued, with the lowest-ranked candidate invited having a ranking score of 713.
