  • Possess the necessary training, skills, and/or accreditation required for the job.
  • Demonstrate language proficiency equivalent to Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) Level 4, regardless of whether English or French is their first language.
  • Provide evidence of sufficient financial resources to effectively settle in Nova Scotia
