Your employer must have completed these steps to become an approved employer to hire foreign workers and support Saskatchewan PNP.

Step 1: Apply for a Certificate of Registration

Step 2: Determine the National Occupation Code (NOC)

Step 3: Submit a Job Approval Form (JAF)

Submit a JAF for each occupation that you intend to fill with a foreign worker.

Step 4: Obtain a SINP Job Approval Letter (JAL)

A JAL is a pre-approved authorization for an employer to hire a foreign worker that can apply to immigrate through the SINP.

Step 5: Meet the Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for approval, all online applications for a SINP JAL must meet certain requirements, including being for a place of work within Saskatchewan, demonstrating an employer-employee relationship, and being for a full-time and permanent job.
